Who we are
“I started the cozUare.org because I positively I wanted to make a Global Contribution. Most of all encourage every human being to encourage their own selves in finding the courage to Love, Conquer and Change themselves first. I always believed that if we started with the group of people who create and deliver life into this world “women” then we would be planting seeds for a healthier world community, give women a sense of self esteem, empowerment from the mind, body, spirit and speech so that they can pass their baggage free unconditional love to their own children and their families and as a consequence co-create a new youth future to blossom that will better the world…I think making a difference in the lives of others is life’s greatest passion of mine and purpose. I walk this path with faith and determination knowing that the cozUare-Porque Tú Eres will constitute an end to a new beginning that will change and transform the World.”- Light, VIRGINIA BRIGHT
Our history
The cozUare-Porque Tú Eres Organisation was founded by international artist Hollywood BFF Audience Choice Award Winning Actress, recording artist, producer Virginia Miriam Buika Munilla known as Virginia Bright.
More than 9 years ago, Virginia Bright committed her time and resources to support the afro communities within the entertainment world by compiling over fifty hours of footage with real testimonies with the desire to be seen in their own light and voices to be heard a community that till date happens to be invisible to the eyes of many unfortunately, this along with the work of some monks friends of Virginia that were providing mind fullness services within the community to support the people to easy their minds and develop a sense of purpose within their lives after the big world crash economic recession.
Not long after about 4 years ago Virginia decided to financially support the dreams and aspirations of creative women, been her first candidate a fashion designer based in the UK that she knew for some years, the end result of this experience was that the lady took this great opportunity for granted and missed used the finance given by Virginia so she could pursuit her dreams, the woman´s excuse was to claim a false critical illness such as cancer so she didn’t have to take accountability for her behavior. Virginia learnt a lesson there, the state of mind of not just that lady but of many women it happens to be “…the lack of self esteem”, manifesting in the forms of self-sabotaging apparently ruled by a greedy ego based estate of mind. Out of this very odd experience Virginia learnt by her own personal and professional journey overcoming bullying and racial discrimination on top of it all, Virginia took a step forward and firmly decided to continuing positively contributing in the lives of people but in a different way to avoid this odd past experiences. This is how she decided to create this organization.
Our work reaches women, young, mature, single women, mothers, single mothers, entrepreneurs, professional women, high school students through mentoring, artistic music, educational entertaining programs. Our focus areas are personal development, personal growth, creative expression, nutrition and healthy living, business and financial literacy.
Virginia’s commitment to the organization is both in spirit and deed as she donates significant time and resources to the organization. She also takes time to talk to women and youth across every where she goes and where she is invited to keep encouraging them to Love, Conquer and Change while inspiring them to dream beyond their present circumstances.
